First Tee tackles transportation

First Tee of Greater Charleston has been pushing to reach more Lowcountry children than ever but transportation has always been one of our greatest challenges.  We have partnering schools and outreach programs that need educational programming for their young people but have no way to get to programming sites.  We started tackling this issue head on by using funds raised through grants and the 2019 100 Hole Hike marathon to provide transportation to and from these facilities to the golf course. The following video highlights Meeting Street Academy, just one of the group of participants who were able to join us for programming thanks to transportation we provided with the help of our community! https://youtu.be/USaUYR2CgJw
